Gabi Zedlmayer

Social Innovator and former Chief Progress Officer at the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)

In her last worldwide position as Chief Progress Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Gabi Zedlmayer has been collaborating with numerous global organisations – including non-profit organizations, governments, customers and partners –  on solving social and environmental issues. Today, she is a Social Innovator who explores how technology is changing how we live and work and she advises companies on implementing critical strategic change initiatives to successfully compete in the digital world.

Zedlmayer is an accomplished international speaker on the subjects of sustainable management, social innovation and the future of work. Platforms have included events like Tina Brown´s Women in the World, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Global Citizen Festival, The UN Climate Group, UN Social Innovation Summit, TEDx, EU Commission, European Communications Forum and Digital-Life-Design (DLD).

She is the author of numerous articles (Forbes, Huffington Post, the Financial Review) and textbooks and has recently contributed to a special Issue of Building Sustainable Legacies: Reframing the Game by Mike Townsend. Zedlmayer is currently a member of the Computer Science Advisory Board of the University of People and has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Bayreuth. Until her departure from HP in December 2015, she also served as a member of the board of directors of Hewlett-Packard GmbH Germany and was part of the European Leadership Team with proxy responsibility for HP International. In addition, she has served as a member of the EU Commission e-skills leadership board, Junior Achievement Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the World Economic Forum’s Council on Social Innovation and the Corporate Advisory Group of the We Mean Business Coalition.

In 2011 Zedlmayer was honored by Newsweek and the Daily Beast as one of 150 “women who shake the world”. In 2012, she was named by FastCompany as a member of the League of Extraordinary Women and was awarded with the DLDWomen Impact Award. In February 2015, InspiringFifty named her as “one of the 50 most inspiring women in European technology”. Also, Elle Magazine included her in their HOT 100 List as one of 15 Power Women in January 2016. In March 2017 InspiringFifty named her again as “one of the 50 most inspiring women in European Technology”.

Natali joined InspiringFifty from Improve Digital, where she met co-founder Janneke Niessen and started her career in the tech industry. She developed her path further in leveraging and optimizing data as a Solutions Architect for Relay42, where she currently helps brands to turn data into meaningful relationships.  She holds an MSc in Information and Knowledge Management and has a fierce interest in digital innovation, AI, women in technology and diversity in general.

Anne Gfrerer

Head of Digital and Corporate Relations
Senior Vice President at HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit Bank AG

Anne Gfrerer is head of communication functions for HypoVereinsbank since 2009. She is responsible for Digital and Corporate Relations Management. In this function she is responsible for the digital readiness of the bank and its eCulture program as well as the corporate communication, including engagement in the areas of society, culture and sports, corporate events and positioning of the bank via its top management. Before she was head of the area Identity and Communication of the bank, focusing on the strategic development of the communication in Germany and its implementation on- and offline. As initiator of the HVB Women's Council, she has started a very successful and designated sounding board of countrywide leading female managers and entrepreneurs for the bank`s CEO, to foster business relations and development, including the council`s initiatives like a mentoring program for female business founders and programs to enlarge digital skills of employees and clients.

Anne Gfrerer is board member of HypoKulturstiftung and in the board of the friendscircle Musikhochschule Munich. She is part of the McKinsey Board Academy Alumni Circle, jury member of the tech initiative Inspiring Fifty in the DACH region and engages as mentor for young talents and for the organization Joblinge, as part of her social engagement. Anne Gfrerer is speaker on digital and leadership topics and moderator of events, townhalls and congresses.

Ulrike is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in representing international companies in global markets. She held leading regional comms roles at tech giants like HP and Salesforce and recently built up regional communications EMEA for HERE Technologies. 

Ulrike is a natural communicator with a strong passion for connecting people, building relationships, and all things digital. She is also an Ambassador for MsAI, the new force in the field of Artificial Intelligence, built for and with women connecting the dots for AI across industry, science, research, education, media, and policy with the goal to enable ten million European women with AI by 2023.
